Shipping Costs
These shipping terms apply exclusively to deliveries within the United Kingdom. We cover all shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge within the UK, with no minimum order value required.
Shipping Your Order
Have you found the perfect look on our website? Of course, you’ll want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly.
Here are the average delivery times for all our packages:
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT).
- Order processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Average delivery time: 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a personal tracking code via email, allowing you to follow your order through our delivery partner.

Defective Product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, sometimes products can be damaged during transport. If this happens, we will send a new package at no additional cost. Please note that we cannot offer a refund for the first replacement. If the second delivery also arrives with an issue, we will issue a full refund.
Changing Your Address or Phone Number
Do you need to change the phone number or address you provided when placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@hollingfield.uk before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. In this case, you would need to return the package and place a new order.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or undeliverable due to logistical reasons, we will first send a new package before considering a refund. If the order has not been received 60 days after dispatch, you may request a refund.
